   Hi!
   
   There's a Pokestop in a park nearby that has been taken over by Grunt and I cannot seem to defeat it. Do you have any ideas and insight to help defeat Grunt at the tainted Pokestops?

   I think they usually specify what pokemon types the Rocket Grunts / Leaders will use (commonly Dark, Poison, Psychic - at least from my experience) Psychic like espeon or Metagross, Fire like Arcanine, Rock like Golem work amazing for me. Good luck!
