Durham Region / East Toronto hot spots

Anyone found any good hunting locations east of Toronto?

My son had a Charizard spawn using incense at Darlington Provincial Park, the beach area south of McLaughlin Bay. I've had good luck hunting water types in the McLaughlin Bay Area of Oshawa as well.

I've heard the Ajax waterfront is good too, have yet to actually go and check it out though. As I live East of Oshawa (Newcastle).
